Terms & Conditions
This page sets out the relationship between us: what we provide, what is expected of you, and what happens if a subscription lapses. Written plainly, with nothing buried.

By using Menuket — whether you open an account or just browse a menu — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the service.
What we provide
Menuket is a platform for building a digital menu for your restaurant or café and sharing it with a link or a QR code. You can change products and prices at any time, run branches with their own prices and availability, and take orders from the menu if you enable it.
We develop the platform continuously and add new features. Those reach you on your existing subscription at no extra cost.
Your account and responsibility
- Identity: your account is tied to your phone number, and signing in uses a code sent to it. You are responsible for that number and anything done from it.
- Permissions: you can grant staff specific permissions. Anything they do counts as your store's action.
- Accuracy: you are responsible for the correctness of prices, ingredients, and anything else you show your customers.
Subscriptions and payment
- Free to build: you can sign up, build your menu and add products at no cost. A subscription is only needed for the menu to be visible to your customers.
- Plans: monthly at full price, quarterly saving 15%, annual saving 40%. Every plan includes the same features.
- Branches: a plan covers one branch; each additional branch costs extra, prorated against your subscription period.
- How to pay: transfer manually via InstaPay, Fawry or Vodafone Cash and send us the receipt. We usually activate within a day.
Renewal and expiry
When a subscription ends you have a 5-day grace period to renew. After that the menu stops showing to your customers and they see a page saying it is temporarily paused.
Your data is never deleted in this situation. Renew whenever you like and the menu comes back exactly as it was, with every product and category in place.
If you renew while still inside the grace period, the new subscription starts from the old one's end date — so you never pay twice for days you already used.
Refunds
Paid subscriptions are not refundable. Checkout takes you through more than one confirmation step before you transfer, so a completed transfer means you saw the plan and the amount and agreed to them.
If something genuinely went wrong — you transferred the wrong amount, or a subscription other than the one you asked for was activated — talk to us and we will hear you out and look for a reasonable resolution. That decision is ours case by case, and we do not commit to a refund.
Orders from the menu
If you enable ordering, Menuket delivers the order from the customer to your store and nothing more. The commercial relationship is between you and the customer: you confirm the order, prepare it, and agree payment and delivery.
Menuket is not a party to the sale and is not responsible for product quality, order fulfilment, or any dispute between you and a customer.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading, or rights-infringing content.
- No using the platform to sell legally prohibited goods.
- No attempting to breach the platform or reach another store's data.
- No reselling or leasing the service to a third party without an agreement with us.
Where these are clearly breached, we may suspend the account and will tell you why.
Your store link and QR codes
Your store link is your menu's address, and the QR code points at it. If you change the link, any QR code printed before that stops working — and printed codes cannot be recalled.
Keep that in mind before changing your link once codes are already on your tables.
Ownership and content
Your store's content — product names, prices, photos and logo — belongs to you. You grant us permission to show it in the menu and to use it for data analysis that improves the service, and similar purposes.
The platform itself, its design and its code belong to Menuket and Webket.
Service availability
We work to keep the service running at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability — maintenance and circumstances outside our control can cause downtime.
In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The last-updated date is shown above, and continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the new version.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you have any question, we are here.
